HEROES OF THE MONTH
This award recognises the achievements of individuals or teams within the business and how their behaviours are in line with the Fernite company values.
Sheffield Hero – Keith Rowland.
Keith received his award for his perseverance and determination in developing new tooth form customers globally.
Craven Arms Hero – Callum Gardener.
Callum joined us in January 2024, receiving his award due to a great work ethic and always wanting to learn new skills. This has freed up his colleague to implement a full maintenance plan on the Craven Arms site.
