HEROES OF THE MONTH
This award recognises the achievements of individuals or teams within the business and how their behaviours are in line with the Fernite company values.
SHEFFIELD HEROES:
December: Adam
Adam received his award for the outstanding work on a recent order, going above and beyond to significantly improve manufacturing time and ensuring that the order was delivered early.
January: Kyle
Kyle was given his award because, as a new starter he has already increased the output of the cell he works in while constantly striving to do more.

CRAVEN ARMS HEROES:
December: Dave A
Dave received his award for efficiently adapting to changes within his role and the organisation of recently implemented processes.
January: Mike B
Mike was given his award because of his flexibility throughout the month. Due to sickness Mike found himself taking on additional collections and deliveries to support the business & our customers.
