HEROES OF THE MONTH
This award recognises the achievements of individuals or teams within the business and how their behaviours are in line with the Fernite company values.
Sheffield Winner: Will Lindley.
Will is receiving this award for being a shining example of a production operative, always on time, running multiple machines and adhering to standard operating procedures, Additionally, we recently received a comment from a customer passing on their personal thanks to Will for re-sharpening their guillotine blade to the “sharpest it’s ever been”.
Craven Arms Winner: Gary Everall.
Gary is receiving this award for further improvements in housekeeping standards. The locker room has been thoroughly tidied, and Bandsaw area has been further improved/organised.
