To celebrate National Apprentice Week, we’d like to introduce Ben, who joined us recently as a Content Creator Apprentice.
The apprentice program is an important part of the Fernite of Sheffield vision, not only training our employees of tomorrow, but also moulding them in “The Fernite Way”. Giving them a broad experience of the world of work and helping them become talented individuals, so they’re ready to take their career forward when they finish their apprenticeship. This is a long-term strategy to help Fernite build our workforce of tomorrow.
Since joining us in January, Ben has been working across various departments, predominantly within the marketing team, where he’s been conducting market research to identify potential new customers and also creating social media posts, not unlike this post.
Says Ben, “My first month has been incredibly busy, there’s a great atmosphere within the office. I feel like I’ve learnt a lot already and that I’m an important part of the team”.
Ben has fitted in well within the team and adds new insights into how we interact with our customers. Welcome, Ben. We hope you continue to enjoy being a part of the Fernite family whilst completing your studies.
