The purpose of a technical site survey, is to better understand how your business operates and how Fernite can help.

Our tried and tested approach is to sit down face-to-face, to discuss any cutting issues, potential blade development or how we can help to extend the life of your blades.

It may be that you have a manufacturing or process issue, or you’re just interested to discover whether or not Fernite can offer a better alternative to your current set-up.

We can put in place a reliable supply solution, offering an off-the-shelf supply, giving you the confidence of knowing that your scheduled parts will arrive on time and we’re only a phone call away.

Our recommendations may involve:

• A change in a bevel angle
• An upgrade of the blade material used e.g. carbon steel to stainless steel
• Or even a complete blade redesign
