Pulveriser Discs - Precision Engineering for Optimal Particle Reduction

High-quality Pulveriser Discs ensure consistent particle distribution, maximum throughput, and minimal equipment downtime.

Our Pulveriser Components

Sometimes our customers refer to Pulveriser Discs or Pulverisor Blades by other names that can vary based on the machine type or use:

  • grinding discs – grinding material into finer particles
  • milling discs – being a  part of a milling process
  • crusher discs – pulveriser is used to crush materials
  • rotary discs – machines that grind or pulverise
  • disintegrator discs – by companies that break down materials into smaller pieces
  • pulveriser plates – referring to the flat, plate-like components that are part of the pulverising mechanism.

A wide range of Pulverisor Discs in stock

We manufacture and supply Pulveriser Blades for companies involved in powder processing technologies in the food, pharmaceutics, and recycling industries.

Having a global customer database, we have manufactured pulveriser discs and blades that fit various machinery:

Custom Pulveriser Discs Manufacture

 Superior Wear Resistance

Advanced metallurgy and heat treatment processes deliver exceptional wear resistance, extending component life and reducing replacement costs.

Precision Manufacturing

CNC machining and quality control ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent performance across all grinding applications.

Optimised Geometry

Engineered surface patterns and blade profiles maximise grinding efficiency while minimising energy consumption.

Optimised High Impact Strength
Robust construction withstands the mechanical stresses of high-speed grinding operations without cracking or deformation.

Custom Solutions

Bespoke designs available to match specific mill configurations and grinding requirements.

Easy Installation

Standardised mounting designs enable quick replacement and maintenance, minimising production downtime.

Benefits of our pulveriser discs

We can create a drawing and manufacture new pulverising discs using your sample as the template. Dimensions ranging from 180mm to 900mm, dependent on the model of your pulveriser e.g., PU500, PU800, and others.

Our experience allows us to adapt the disk configuration to match the material being micronised, whether that be PVC, PC, or PE.

We’re also happy to discuss stocking your discs,

so they are available for immediate availability, minimising any production downtime and improving your ROI.

Pulveriser discs sharpening service

Regular sharpening of your pulveriser blades and discs not only ensures that your pulveriser discs retain good throughput but also minimises the amount of material needing to be removed to return your pulveriser to an “as good as new” Fernite standard.

Our expert grinders will carefully sharpen your blade, tooth by tooth, on our fully automated 4-axis CNC machine. In fact, we sharpen your dull discs on the same machines that we use to manufacture new discs.
