Managing Director
My role is to build on the excellent reputation for quality and delivery to develop an exciting future for the business, its customers, suppliers and staff.
Nick Wright –
Chief Operating Officer
I oversee the operational activities of the whole company. I implement policies to promote the company values and vision to keep business development on track.
Marc Horner –
Group Technical Manager
I ensure our factory runs at optimum efficiency. As a member of the Fernite Management Team, I ensure products are manufactured to each customer’s specification and are delivered on time.
Mark Chatterton –
Group Operations Manager
With 30 years experience of Manufacturing, continuously improving methods and systems, I’m passionate about reducing lead times and improving the overall Customer Experience.
Anthony Kilmister –
Finance
I manage the Fernite finance team, overseeing the day-to-day running of the accounts function across the group.
Peter Davies –
Marketing Manager
I’m on a mission to help grow Fernite into the #1 destination for industrial machine knives across the globe, for both new blades and regrinds.
Nicole Stuart – Business
Development Executive
I drive sales growth for our steel products, identifying new market opportunities and building strong, lasting client relationships. My role also involves servicing existing customers and cross-selling our laser-cutting and slitting operations.
Keith Rowland – Business
Development Executive
Working across Europe and the USA, I help customers identify their technical difficulties, whilst recommending the most appropriate solutions.

Development Executive
I help customers understand their real requirements and help them resolve any technical issues.

I manage the Customer Service Team, making sure our customers get an excellent service.
