Another busy month at Fernite has passed. There was a lot of team support and helping of each other as several employees took annual breaks over the Easter holiday. By standing in for each other, we expanded our knowledge and expertise about shared operations.
Of course, our managers were extremely busy trying to keep up with the hectic life around. So, there is immense gratitude to every member of the team for showing relentless effort.
Our Hero of the Month for April is Chris Bennett. Chris took it upon himself to problem solve machine downtime on a weekend shift, without involving management. Downtime was reduced and production continued with the help of Chris’s commitment and thinking outside the box.
Great work Chris! You should be proud of yourself for your professional growth these past few months. We certainly are!
