Richard Thomas is a stainless steel specialist, with decades of experience working for some of the UK’s leading steel companies. He can help you with enquiries for martensitic and austenitic stainless.
Claire manages Fernite’s sharpening service and assists with customer enquiries
Martin manages Fernite’s operations staff – organising the team to get the right product out of the door, at the time we promised to our customers, and to the high quality with which Fernite is renowned for.
Jon looks after our A. F. Whiteley Granulator Blades division. He manages our resharpening service and can provide quick quotes and expert advice for all types of granulator blades.
My role is to build on the excellent reputation for quality and delivery to develop an exciting future for the business, its customers, suppliers and staff.
My key role is to deliver high level professional and friendly customer service, manage your expectations while ensuring all your requirements are met.
Marc ensures our factory runs at optimum efficiency. A member of the Fernite management team, Marc ensures products are manufactured to each customer’s specification and are delivered on time.
I always endeavour to give a personal service to meet customers’ expectations and provide advice if required.
I oversee receipt of materials and despatches to the customer. I’m also responsible for customer order entry and job issue to the shop floor, and the raising and sending of invoices to the customer.
I work with customers to establish what they need regarding type of steel and delivery service, then make it happen for them.
I make sure our suppliers and we are paid, look after our payroll and sort any queries out on purchase invoices and sales invoices.
I convert customer requests into production plans. I assist and advise on technical issues and try to be as helpful as possible and work in a friendly manner.
I look after the BSS Spring Steel Strip customers to make sure they get an outstanding service.
Gary is our Senior Customer Service Executive. He looks after the Fernite customer base and makes sure we look after them well
