We manufacture a wide range of circular cutters and perforators, precision ground for accuracy and flatness to meet O.E.M. specifications.
Illustrated is a small selection of perforators from a range with an infinite variation of diameter, tooth profile and pitch.

Our associated stockholding operation holds an extensive range of doctor blade materials in stock enabling us to provide an efficient and competitive service:
Grades:Stainless Steel
Carbon Spring Steel
Phosphor Bronze
  • Supplied in continuous coil or cut to length
  • Bevelled Edge
  • Ground Square Edges
We are able to meet any requirement promptly and cost effectively by employing laser cutting technology or precision presswork, using materials from our extensive stocks of carbon spring steel and stainless steel.

Gripper Blades can be supplied with a moulded polyurethane band along the edge or with molybdenum or tungsten carbide deposition.

Fernite precision blades are manufactured to O.E.M. standards in special steels which are supplied by major accredited producers. We employ the latest CNC machine technology operated by an excellent and highly skilled personnel. The grade of steel selected is subject to the application, our extensive experience is available to you and our technical staff will be pleased to advise you.
Heat treatment is carried out in our own plant, the optimum combination of hardness and strength being dependent upon the steel specification and knife application, which is achieved by careful control of the tempering cycle.
We are also able to advise on a range of specialised coatings for your specific application.
